Withdrawing Staked SWAN
Overview
Stakers can initiate a withdrawal of their staked SWAN through the Swan platform. Depending on the pool’s liquidity, withdrawals may be immediate or subject to a waiting period.
Withdrawal Scenarios
-
Immediate Withdrawal:
- If sufficient liquidity exists in the Delegation Pool, the withdrawal is processed instantly.

-
Queued Withdrawal:
- If liquidity is insufficient, the request is added to a queue. New deposits or service provider repayments replenish the pool, fulfilling withdrawal requests in order.

Withdrawal Process
-
Initiate Request:
- Submit a withdrawal request via the Swan withdrawal dashboard.
-
Wait (If Necessary):
- View the estimated waiting period in the dashboard. During this time, pSWAN continue to reflect rewards and slashing events.
-
Receive SWAN:
- Once processed, your SWAN tokens are returned, and the corresponding pSWAN are burned.
-
Optional Liquidity Swap (Coming Soon):
- To avoid delays, stakers can swap their pSWAN for other liquid tokens on supported DEXs.
