1. What are the risks of staking with Swan?​

  • Risks include slashing due to provider underperformance, delayed withdrawals during liquidity shortages, and market risks associated with pSWAN.

2. Can I trade my pSWAN?​

  • Yes, pSWAN are liquid and can be traded or utilized in DeFi applications. Please note that once the pSWAN token is transferred to other addresses, the original holding address will not be able to withdraw the corresponding SWAN tokens anymore, as pSWAN tokens represent claims to staked SWAN tokens in the pool.

3. What happens during slashing events?​

  • pSWAN are burned proportionally to the slashed amount, reducing the staker’s share of the pool.

4. How are rewards distributed?​

  • Rewards accrue continuously and are reflected in the rebasing of pSWAN.
